Scale High (scalehigh.io) provides educational content and coaching related to building high-ticket online businesses. We provide education and guidance only — we do not operate your business, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
2. Earnings Disclaimer
Results are not typical, and no income is guaranteed. Any earnings figures, student results, or income examples shown on this site or in our materials reflect individual outcomes and are not a promise or projection of what you will earn. Your results depend on many factors within and outside your control, including your effort, skill, experience, execution, ad budget, niche selection, and market conditions. Many people who purchase education or coaching programs earn little or nothing. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your business decisions and their outcomes.
3. Payment and refunds
Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable refund policy are set out in the enrollment agreement you sign at the time of enrollment. Fees are due as specified in that agreement. Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms of your enrollment agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, templates, and other content are the property of Scale High and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our materials without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale High and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits or business losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
7. Changes to these terms
